A fantastic cookbook full of useful information and beautifully photographed recipes.It’s organized by season - to help keep it fresh - and within each seasonal section there are a number of subsections for starters, entrees, sides, desserts, etc. The final section includes tip and tricks on mastering the basics of cooking. It does include nutritional information for each recipe, compiled in an appendix in the back. My favorite thing about this book is the number of vegetarian friendly recipes it contains. As someone who’s constantly wavering on the vegetarian line, that’s greatly appreciated. Our absolute favorite is the hot and sour soup (we sub out veggie broth). It’s SO GOOD. Definitely worth a look, if not a purchase.
